FAQ’s

  • Is it an effective cat repellent?

Yes. We tried in our garden for a few years and we finally stopped the cats from use our garden as a litter-box. We also gave it to friends and family to try and give us feedback until it was fully ready to be launched

  • What happen if the pegs are too long?

Cut them. It is important that the pegs are pushed all the way and tighten into the soil for the stability of the Blocker

  • What if the Plant Protector breaks?

The strips are quite thick and should not break easily. However, If a strip does break near the anchor then it can be fixed. See instructions in the next section.
Briefly, (1) remove the part of the strip that is left inside the bamboo stick. (2) Using a thin / non-sharp knife, reestablish the gap in the bamboo stick and slide the strip. No glue is needed.
You can also send it to us and we will send you a new one!

  • I placed the Plant Protector, what's next?

From time to time check that the pegs are tightly placed to hold the Blocker in place. If the pegs are loose, the coils will spread and the cheeky cats will find their way back to your garden!

  • I found cat's poo in my garden!

We are sorry if that happened!
Please send us a photo so we can improve our product and instructions even further and we‘ll send you a refund.

  • How does it work?

It’s simple. Cats are quite spoiled creatures, they love soft and clean soil (just like you set for your flowers and veggies).

The Blockers disturb cats to dig and squat for doing their business.

  • What's your next product?

Let’s just say, squirrels better get ready!

  • How is it different from other cat repellent solutions?

The Plant Protector is the only eco friendly commercial solution. It contains no plastic, chemical, or electronic components.

And it does not hurt animals (we know, first-hand, that ultrasonic devices are incredible painful).
